The 17,500 BTU burner boils faster, yet you can also gently simmer chocolate on any burner at 140 degrees.
Easy to Clean
Sealed burners and an encapsulated cooking surface, coupled with a beadblasted finish, make the cooking surface easy to clean. Removable side racks make the oven space easier to clean too.
Large Capacity
The large convection oven holds full size baking sheets, while the full extension telescopic racking system gives smooth, easy access to the oven.

Products are shipped via a trucking company that specializes in Home Delivery. All shipments are insured. (1-5 business days transit time for most NY, NJ, CT, PA orders | 5-10 business days transit time for 48 contiguous states)
Delivery appointments will be made by the shipping company between 8am and 4pm during business days. (after hours/weekend/holiday services are available for a fee)
We usually deliver using "threshold plus services" (i.e. product is placed just inside recipient’s preferred entrance)
Items must be signed for and received by the customer or customers' representative
