This unique design creates ingenious air pockets that gently catch and cushion the laundry as it tumbles to the bottom of the drum. Your fabrics have less contact friction with the stainless drum, thereby reducing wear— you'll have less creasing after drying, making ironing a snap! Not only that, but compared to other drums, the Honeycomb Drum in a Miele tumble dryer raises your fabrics higher in the drum prior to tumbling.
